What are those white layers in the pic above? Are they also cheesecake layers or some kind of cream/frosting? Cuz the one I had was all red, and also looked like a cheesecake and had the height of a typical cheesecake.

OIC, but then that doesn't make a "red velvet cheesecake" in my opinion, just red velvet cake with cheesecake. One I had was actually red velvet cheesecake, and had a dar chocolate base/crust, and a light thin layer of cream cheese frosting.
