Ok it basically ended around 1. The whole situation seriously could have been prevented if they had just let them play music in the brickyard. Some guy came in a pickup truck and played music from there and the crowd went crazyyyy and then they said WOLFFFF PAAACKKKKK WOLFFFFF PACKKKKKKKK and the cops escorted the guy down to Hillsborough St. BY HAND and ppl were climbing up on the truck goin crazyyyy screamin POWER PACK POWER PACK.

Honestly, why not just let them play their techno in the brickyard? It's hardly within earshot of the dorms.

Now you've got about 1/3 (likely MUCH less now) of the crowd left, the remainder of whom is getting increasingly scared and pissed off at the same time, and you're forming fucking lines and declaring YOU SHALL NOT PASS like a fucking wizard or something.

Recipe for a goddamned riot... the crowd shares some of the blame, certainly, but people in large groups are going to act like animals when you antagonize them, and the cops should fucking understand this. I am pissed off at everyone involved in this shitfest right now.

Hard to believe some of the kids can't realize when GTFO time comes... Like I said before: Just find a chick in the crowd, chat about how much the police suck, then go home and have a nice fuck. Don't stick around for this shit.
