I mean, was there any concrete evidence showing she did do it? DNA? Video? etc? if not, then I can see why they couldn't convict her. Sure I think she did it (am 99.9% sure), but without the evidence, I don't think they can convict... we will just have to hope karma comes back and bites her hard in the ass. The failing is that the Cooper case should have had the same outcome. Jury's are supposed to convict based on evidence, not on what "feels" right. A good prosecutor can make anyone look bad- that's why you gotta look at the factual evidence


sucks, but I'd rather have it that way... I just wish the people I thought did it weren't the one ones getting the breaks
