I won't pretend I like being deployed to the other side of the galaxy, for long periods of time, but meh, I'm getting some good kills.

Plus this jew weekend for TEST was sooo good. Think I made ~800Mil running the Fountain incursion, and I'm going to be doing the mothership too before heading back to the staging system for Geminate.

Honestly you will be better off up in Goon space (I think that's where FA moved?). I'm not sure how safe fountain will be long term.

Na I know. With Nemesis looking to invade, and TEST on deployment. Forsaken is trying to defend the homefront but having issues, and EXE just needs to be kicked. They dont do shit.

I dont know the whole backstory, but our good leader is stepping down due to time issues and the replacements suck. Plus we wont stand up for our own, recruitment sucks, and theres no good major income (moon mining).

I've been playing the beta a little bit. From what I understand, it will be free to play. Microtransactions will be involved in the marketplace somehow, but I think that you'll be able to get by without them if you want.

It's a basic arena type FPS. The maps are bigger than most shooters. The big novel thing right now are the skills and character customization. You equip your character just like you fit ships in Eve. You have dropsuits,armour, weapons,etc... You earn skill points over time that you buy skill levels with. You constantly accrue point as opposed to having a skill queue. Fights are rewarded with ISK and skill points.

The game has huge potential. I think its success will depend on marketing. It may be too complex for the Halo crowd to get into.

^Its not "Free to Play". Its a console so you would buy it. After that Ive heard its both FTP and subscription. So dunno which it will be.

I would if I had a ps3. Which I dont. And have no intention in the near future to get. So Im not.

Vile Rat for those that you dont know was a former CSM member, No2 in Goons, and a major diplo in the game. A lot of big events in the game wouldnt have happened except for him.

He was killed along with several other members of the US State Department's diplomatic team based in Libya. He was at the embassy when it was attacked.

Goons control all of the north, TEST has the South up to Catch. The Russians are fighting each other in the East. Pockets of smaller alliances are sandwiched in-between. Other than the Russians, nothing too openly hostile going on large scale.

Not gonna happen. Expected internal strife kicked in today with Test. Montolio stepped down this evening.

Still sucks for EXE leaving their fountain holdings. They made bank off them.
