Won at Duke last night for the first time since 1996. Snapped Duke's 152-game home winning streak against unranked opponents.

The real question is if the ladies team could beat the men's team. My guess is that it would be a real nail biter as Rowan and Caleb combine to shoot 3/30 from 3 and Anya commits 5 fouls in 4 minutes of action while managing to miss 8 FTs in those 4 minutes. Cat saves the day though by playing all 45 minutes (OT game) and hits a push off three to seal the deal.

Credible. Beat UNC women 78-49 today. Biggest win against them since 1980.

No, TN apparently decided Kellie Harper would be a better choice.

I just saw that...seems like a poor hire (based on what she did here). But I’m admittedly very ignorant about WBB

No, it's definitely a poor hire. But I don't know why anyone would expect anything else from Fulmer and his cronies.

We're lucky that they're incompetent. Don't think there is another job that Moore would leave us for.

https://247sports.com/college/north-carolina-state/Article/Elle-Sutphin-NC-State-Womens-Basketball-Elite-2019-Signing-Class-134011846/

Quote :
"The NC State women's basketball team's recruiting class of 2019 — ranked seventh nationally by ESPNW in November — became even stronger recently with the addition of 2020 forward Elle Sutphin, who reclassified and signed a National Letter of Intent (NLI) to join the Wolfpack in advance of the 2019-20 season.
...
A five-star recruit with an ESPNW Scout's Grade of 97, Sutphin is ranked nationally as the 39th best player (No. 1 in the state of North Carolina) and the 10th best forward in the class of 2020. By reclassifying, she joins the freshman class of Jakia Brown-Turner (ESPNW's No. 16 overall in the class of 2019), Jada Boyd (No. 34), Camille Hobby (No. 99) and in-state point guard Kendal Moore."

this team will be a contender for at least the next few years

if they can avoid the injuries.

Yeah injuries really killed us last season, still had the talent to do well but not the depth to hang with the Mississippi States/ND/UConns of the league. If we can stay healthy we should continue to do better.

DY's best hire, hell, might be NC States best hire in the past 2 decades.( if you don't count wrestling)

For the revenue sports(basketball, baseball, football), there is no doubt Wes Moore was the best hire we've had in at least 2 decades.

Hope is now that we do whatever it takes to keep him, with us moving into perennial top 10 territory the bigger schools are going to continue to sniff around. We're already looking good for 2021 recruiting as well, if he can string together a few top 10 recruiting classes I have no doubt we'll be contending for a FF soon enough with Wes as the HC.

^Tennessee never offered him. He interviewed but they elected to offer Harper and she took it.

They didn't "offer" him because he turned down their "non-offer". Fulmer has no desire to spend big bucks on anything other than football, which is why they went with Harper. If they were willing to spend, they would have had Moore.

And there isn't another job he's going to leave us for. Not at this point in his career. He's here until he decides he doesn't want to be any longer.

Nah I mean if you're gonna post a link that isn't self explanatory, just common to give a quick note about why they should click through. Especially pack pride that rarely have unique/exclusive data.

Also Moore quotes have been all over social media and regular media for 24 hrs, if you don't think there is anything worth discussing further here, why bother posting the link at all.

Don't get me wrong im not post police, post whatever you want obv, just outlining why I initially asked
