Put in around 10 hours. its fun, but feels more casual than COD. Maps are so big if i only hunt for pilots, I end up middle of the pack, but if I hunt for specters/soldiers, I constantly top the leader board. Which doesn't seem right to me.

Regardless, fun game. Wish more of my friends had it.

Reading the update list... Just shows how incomplete the game was upon release. new "features" include naming classes and seeing the previous round score in the lobby? Props to Titanfall though - instead of launching a buggy game full of standard features (if we can call these updates features, given these were around back in COD:MW), they released a bug free game, then added those features after the fact. Smart, considering how poorly some games have done out of the gate (SimCity, Battlefield, Daiblo 3 to name a few).

Aside from server issues, Titanfall has been pretty solid for me. At the very least, I have been shot by someone sitting inside a rock yet.

I played it for 15 mins in the weeks I've had it.

Lost all interest after the 4th level 10 and below vs team of level 50's. I wasted more money, no more FPS for me.

i play with friends so i dont have these issues. can't say it isn't annoying to get paired up with a group of 6 folks all with same clan tag, but it is relatively rare. even then, if we have 3-4 ppl we generally do fine.

i enjoy beating teams with higher prestiges. half the time it's just kids with too much time instead of "more skilled"

it helps that some of the higher tiers force you to use shit you aren't used to. oh g2a4 challenge? guess i'll use this for 100 games cuz it is definitely worse than the carbine.

Yeah, played a few rounds on the new maps before work. Had a blast until it went to last titan standing game. My shit of a team was stacked in a gang bang not covering any flanks. I had so many assist. They were just playing to steal or get kills not the win . I just said "xbox turn off yes". I hope it will be fun again when I try later today

The next regen requirement they need to downgrade:

"ALL I DO IS WIN: Win 100 matches"

I am almost to level 50 and have won ~12 matches (78 more to go!). It is truly a grind unless you have a full crew playing with you all the time

They need to take of recoil from any long distance gun to make them viable... and maybe make the bullets twice as large, also.

they only blow because the carbine is just as good, but works 100x better at close / medium range. i'm the worst sniper ever though and i managed to get 75 by lvl 50.

now that said, the all i do is win IS pretty redonkulous. My crew wins most games we play (unless a really coordinated group), but we still only had 30-40 wins by 50. 100 isn't that insanely terrible though, but dropping it down to 50 would be much more reasonable.

im 66/100 so far. we went 16 wins in a row a few days back which was nice, but damn if this doesn't take forever.

my buddy always steals mvp though so im sure next gen will be even worse.

im still enjoying it, but i cant play it for hours on end anymore. its more of an hour here or there thing. gen 8 was what really killed it for me since you have to play soooooooooo many games with no goal. now im in gen 9 and have things to work towards again.

^ Same here. Watch Dogs is fun. The side quest make the game. I did try to play with a friend and couldn't connect to his game. Nor could he do the same with mine. Any luck with you all? As for Titianfall I think I'm gen 8, but between full party games and scrub players I needed a break. I might come back and play when I want to get my mech on . The challenges while they keep me set towards a goal, kill the fun of the game.

good. satchels from the roof blowing up in the street and raping everyone was an obnoxious way to play. im glad they are nerfing the carbine (even though it was my fav weapon) and making the hemlock/g2a4 suck less. there really was no reason to use much besides the CAR, carbine, pistol, or shotgun previously.
