dont do much electrical work ever. trying to replace a stolen car stereo. need to know what the small metal clips are called at the end of the wires. they slip directly over thin metal strip in wiring harness. no idea what they are called. sorry pic is best i could do with my phone

that's the connector for the harness to all your speaker channels, power, ground, intermittent power. you should be able to get a replacement one from metra for like $8 at best buy. it'll plug from the car into your new head unit so you dont have to cut up the factory one

If you buy a install kit for your car it will come with that part. Its plug and play.
