I will make this short. I dropped a class after I never went and was told over the phone that I wouldn't be charged for it. Turns out this was "after census day" so they have charged me for my online course (Which I paid for) and my other on campus course (which I never went to) and I owe the university 1,100 dollars. They said I can file an appeal but it is very unlikely. Any idea what someone should do in this situation getting charged and charged FULL for a class they dropped 2 weeks into the semester?

Kinda sucks.

include documentation that said you would not be charged, say that you would have stayed in the class if you were not misinformed

(unfortunately the refund information is very clear on their website, so that may not be a good enough excuse)
