"Healthy sleep habits can make a big difference in your quality of life. Having healthy sleep habits is often referred to as having good “ sleep hygiene .”Try to keep the following sleep practices on a consistent basis:

Stick to a sleep schedule of the same bedtime and wake up time, even on the weekends. This helps to regulate your body's clock and could help you fall asleep and stay asleep for the night.

Practice a relaxing bedtime ritual . A relaxing, routine activity right before bedtime conducted away from bright lights helps separate your sleep time from activities that can cause excitement, stress or anxiety which can make it more difficult to fall asleep, get sound and deep sleep or remain asleep.
How Much Sleep Do You Need?

If you have trouble sleeping, avoid naps, especially in the afternoon. Power napping may help you get through the day , but if you find that you can't fall asleep at bedtime, eliminating even short catnaps may help.
Exercise daily. Vigorous exercise is best, but even light exercise is better than no activity. Exercise at any time of day, but not at the expense of your sleep.

Evaluate your room . Design your sleep environment to establish the conditions you need for sleep. Your bedroom should be cool – between 60 and 67 degrees . Your bedroom should also be free from any noise that can disturb your sleep. Finally, your bedroom should be free from any light. Check your room for noises or other distractions. This includes a bed partner's sleep disruptions such as snoring. Consider using blackout curtains, eye shades, ear plugs, "white noise" machines, humidifiers, fans and other devices.

Sleep on a comfortable mattress and pillows. Make sure your mattress is comfortable and supportive. The one you have been using for years may have exceeded its life expectancy – about 9 or 10 years for most good quality mattresses. Have comfortable pillows and make the room attractive and inviting for sleep but also free of allergens that might affect you and"

Does this come out on midnight on Thursday night? I'm off on Friday so I may check out the first few episodes Thurs night. Regardless, I may be exceeding Comcast's stupid arbitrary data cap this month.

Finished episode 4 i think. Not impressed so far. Hopefully it will pick up. Acting, except the punisher, is lacking. Froggy or whoever is especially poor. Script i's trying to hard. You don't need to refer to hells kitchen as 'hells kitchen' everywhere you reference where you are or what your trying to save. There would be a shorthand or a generic phrase used. The moral arguments don't hit home like they should.

Marathoned the whole season this weekend. Fight choreography was amazing. Just about any scene with the Punisher fighting was . I could have done without the whole Elektra subplot though. Will wait until more people have watched before talking more about it so as to avoid spoilers. Still amazing though.

Kind of ridiculous that a show this violently graphic is still in the same cinematic universe as Agents of SHIELD and Agent Carter. Those shows are so much more light-hearted.

Im on episode 6 or 7.

Episode 1-3 had some good fights but overall hit very flat.

4 was AMAZING.

Episode 4 and beyond, you can tell someone else took over writing or directing or just got more focus from production. Way better.

Even Froggy's lines and character are WAY less punchable. I mean his character went from bumblfoon to funny and effective.

Not sure how long this will last. But <3 Jon Bernthal.

Just finished Episode 9, and this show definitely suffers from Conservation of Ninjutsu

Finished the season. I enjoyed it, but I'm getting tired of Daredevil's thing with not killing people. It's ridiculous how he keeps knocking down ninjas and they keep coming back to try and kill him.

Also, the same actor who plays the editor in Daredevil is also associated with that reporter who got jailed in House of Cards.

The biggest disappointment with this season is that the Hand stuff came late in the game. I thought all that stuff was garbage compared to the Punisher storyline. It was a pretty weak conclusion to the "war" that Stick has been tossing around since last season. I know that storyline isn't completely over since the Hand has Elektra now, but if the war was over keeping Black Sky out of the Hand's control, they really didn't put up much of an effort. I was expecting more when Stick said "assemble the team" or whatever.

I didn't quite understand what Black Sky was. I know it is some kind of superweapon. And that it is Elektra. But beyond that I'm kinda lost. Were they gonna detonate her like a bomb or something? Is she gonna release a virus? Their initial plan was to kidnap her so if she wasn't willing to go along with it what were they gonna do when they caught her?

Also what was the deal with that weird bell/capsule thing and the giant hole? I get that the capsule brought people back to life but is it just accepted that it is done through some kind of mystical/magic thing or is there some kind of reasonable explanation behind it in the comics?

Just finished S2 last night, here are my takes in no particular order:

- In general, I like this show a lot, so any negative here is mostly nitpicking...mostly
- Punisher is awesome
- Most other acting ranges from passable to god awful, the more obvious ones for me are actually Page and Kingpin. Daredevil, Foggy, and Stick aren't far behind but they have less terrible moments. The tailor dude is maybe the worst on the show but his total screen time is like 6 minutes so no big deal there
- So basically his attitude now is that he's not personally going to kill anyone but he's not going to try and stop his friends from doing it any more?
- Visuals/cinematography/etc I think are all pretty well done
- The realism of the fights is a nice change from the general "invincible" protagonist portrayal, but what is Daredevil's record, like 12-37?

While there may not be other words to call it, to me it's just annoying how much it's referenced as if people in NYC give anywhere near the amount of shits concerning their individual neighborhood as this show does. Other than maybe Harlem, people that live in Hell's Kitchen, East Village, Lower East Side, Turtle Bay, Battery Park, etc. etc. Don't care that much. There are stigmas attached to each neighborhood, but concerning how much the average citizen cares it pretty much ends there.

Anyways, it's a fantasy world, so whatever. But if I were advising the show I would certainly be telling them to take out at least 65% of the "Hell's Kitchen" references

^^This, even in the other boroughs. My dad says he's from Flushing and never talks about Queens. And my friends in Crown Heights talk more about the neighborhood than they do about Brooklyn.

We're kind of splitting hairs here and kind of talking about different things

- The idea of neighborhood identity is definitely more pronounced in the other boroughs, I'll agree with that. I would guess that has a lot to do with them being bigger and having much more distinct neighborhoods. The demographics, crime rate, and landscapes of Sunset Park, Park Slope, and the Gowanus are vastly different, despite sharing borders. Flushing and Astoria are similarly different. Tribeca, Soho, Noho, and Nolita are not. You could walk through the Bowery, Lower East Side, and East Village and not really feel the differences.

- I'm not saying people aren't aware of the neighborhoods and they're not used as identifiers for restaurants and superhero names and the like, they absolutely are. I can tell you all the neighborhoods I've lived in, it's what I use when looking for an apartment, it's what you use when you tell people where something is. What I'm saying is that it doesn't go much beyond that (save for some of the more distinct ones, like say Chinatown). It's hard for me to cite specific examples, it's been a year or something since I watched the show, but I'm basically just saying they reference Hell's Kitchen as some strongly bordered neighborhood much more than the average New Yorker would. The "Devil of Hell's Kitchen", would probably spend much of his time fighting crime in Chelsea, the Garment District, and Midtown (and there wouldn't be some conversation like, "Oh I had to go all the way to Chelsea to find someone who could give me information").

- This might just be something that was written into the comic as people felt this way back then, but they definitely don't now
