Pretty much everything had to go UT's way for them to win that game. Missed XP, missed FG, and recovered fumble in the endzone in OT. Wonder if Butch Jones' agent is starting to put out feelers for OC positions at power conference schools right now?

How can you recruit that well for the past three years and get played straight up on both lines against a team full of 2-stars?

-27.5 vs Ohio the week before Florida and the hard part of the schedule starts. Take Ohio all day long. Letdown from the biggest game in history the week before and looking forward to Florida the following week... if UT goes up by 13 you will see second/third string in and Butch wont reveal shit play wise.

Prediction:
UT - 27
Ohio - 17

^ Seems logical. Not sure if you meant most attended game in history instead of biggest game in history. Obviously both UT and VT have played in much more important contests than Bristol.

That UF-UT matchup will be interesting. I'll be pulling for UT, fuck the Gators. Works out well for UGA to catch UT the following week after a tough game with UF. Plus it'll be their first real road test when they head to Athens. Brutal 4-game stretch though with UF-Bama.

really really bet Ohio big. They are REALLY good against the run and have good receivers, so could easily get some busted plays for more points.

ugh, top three defensive players and potentially two more starters on D out for the Florida game with injuries, including by far our best CB

Well fellas, I hate to say it but no way we win this game. Florida's strength is their D, and our OL got chewed up by App. State and Ohio and even VT. They will be all over Dobbs and stopping Hurd behind the line before he even gets going. Then, Florida's QB injury actually helps them as the new guy is much more mobile, we suck against mobile QBs. Throw in the pressure and buildup, I see it:

Florida - 17
Tenn. - 6

Whoa. Tenn U hasn't beaten their big "rival" Florida in 11 freaking years?? Hahaha, omg thats hilarious! And it's not even like Florida has been good at all since Tebow days.

Definitely not a rivalry anymore. Pathetic

Georgia and A&M are average and UF's starting QB is out. Only tough game is Bama. Tenn has a cake schedule this year...and to think they almost fucked it up in the first game. Good VTech fumbled 13 times.

Why do all trolls on Tdub come from "has been's" like TennU or "never will be's" like mid major schools?

I guess misery loves company.

I don't think I even realized how bad Tenn U football has been until I saw that UF 11 year ass kickings in a row stat. Just totally irrelevant. And of course they have nothing resembling a competent bball program either.

Instead of trolling eachother, we should be hugging and crying it out.

lol... all four would beat State by 30.

And Florida's QB being out helps them, the backup is much more mobile which could negate our pass rush. And if he makes time to throw, by far our best DB is out. Makes no bones about it, Florida is going to roll. I think it will be ugly.
