OL has regressed, doesn't help having blindside miss time. Remmers is a walking penalty these days.

QB play has regressed, hell I thought our O would look solid with DA in but he struggled too. Cam is clearly not healthy or just mentally checked out because he has looked awful since the 2nd quarter of the Denver game.

We officially have the worst secondary in the NFL by a comfortable margin.

Special teams hasn't been great.

We've really regressed across the board for the most part.

wow, the other losses you could shrug off a bit but that was the first one that was just a total embarassment, could pretty much list about 5-6 of incredibly dumb shit that blew that game (derrick anderson, awful defensive penalties, coaches decisions like the timeouts,offensive play calls, and the worst was prob giving up a crucial pass play when they had one fucking receiver lined up!!!)

only positives is at least the running game is getting some confidence and steam again, and we should be able to get olsen on an all pro team again

Yeah, I'm 100% pulling for us to lose from here on out. Last year's run was great and I'd really like to see us reload and put a legitimate contender out there again during the Cam/Luke window. You really never know how things could play out with injuries especially given their respective skillsets.

I'm not closing the door on this team to make the playoffs. We've got about a 6.7% chance to still make the playoffs after all. But we are BELOW 0.1% to win the Super Bowl. I can't get on board with something that isn't even 1000:1 longshot anymore.

Right now we have a 3.5% shot at the #1 overall pick and a 16.7% shot at a top 3 pick.

Given the cap space we get to rollover to next year due to the Norman situation and the extra draft pick we acquired. Getting a top selection at the beginning of each round would be absolutely huge for our rebuild.

Imagine landing a big time pass rusher, some veteran help in the secondary, another year experience for our young WR/CB.



It's time to get honest with ourselves. This team isn't good. In the past we have always rallied to 7-9 in down seasons to screw up our draft positioning and it's really limited our success.

This game was over at 14-0. I don't think we've come back from a deficit like that in the Rivera/Cam era. We're great frontrunners but go into the tank the moment we face any adversity. What a lost season, this is way worse than anyone could have predicted.

Bill Belichick is the best coach ever (period). If nothing else, this whole experience proves just how hard it is to maintain a consistent level of excellence, even when you have relative roster stability. The patriots churn players every year, yet win between 12-14 games and win a couple playoff games practically every year. It's impressive as hell.

Saying we aren't an elite team is a huge understatement. We aren't even an average team . Not even close.

Not addressing the pass rush or secondary was a giant mistake. Gettleman knew he'd bought time with our run last year and we could afford to have a down year.

Now he can roll the cap space over and load up with top draft picks this year to seal long term job security instead of spending big on aging vets.

I think we should have tried to return to the super bowl this year but it's looking like the right decision. A lititle bummed by the contract extension handed to oher and kalil though in light of how much our line has regressed.

We get stewart off the books this year finally which helps a ton.

Interested to see if we cut davis. Hes in line for a big pay cut/Restructure if he wants to stay a Panther but it might be best if we just move on instead of tying up more long term space.

Remmers expires which means we will have a big pay jump at RT unless daryl williams can step in.

Turner is close to a monster extension and short if we don't just replace him with the rookie,

A lot of interesting decisions. I can see why gettleman punted the year to maintain long term flexibility.
