Yes she moved into his parents house with him because her roommmates didn't want to renew the lease with her when it ended this month. He was meeting realtors and looking at houses to buy with his 500 credit score because he really can't rent anywhere because he's a sex offender. He found out she was married when other people told him then she confessed she didn't mention at first her husband was older than his father. She knows he's a sex offender but I doubt she understands what that is because she was still looking at houses and cars thinking she's going to get something. I will say his parents house is nice. I mean they used to make the sister and her baby daddies live there when company came over they'd sleep in separate beds and somehow she ended up pregnant now I guess they lowered their standareds and just let married ex-hookers live. Ryan works he literally HAS to. I don't think Hazel works since she moved in she's been busy living the high life going to get her hair done, getting personal training at the gym she finally gets to live for free. Perhaps she still hooks who knows.

Kristen Yanik received benefits for which she was not qualified for and the Yanik's did not report her because she lived in their home. She had an elaborate wedding at the Hall & Gardens at Landmark about $25k while receiving welfare, her husband at the time Sean Lowe lived at her parents house too, but used another address as his mailing address and his parents lied to the investigator. Ryan moved into her house for a week or two because he got in a fight with his sister and his mother Lori Yanik called and reported change of income because she wanted him to return home to her and shortly after he did and that's where he is now. At the time, a single working mom going to nursing school did qualify for benefits it was only after Ryan was let back in did life turn upside down.

The DA said in court that the position held at work was promising so they knew they could recoop money paid. They do not care about what happens to this child or his mother because they wanted to preserve the reputation of their son who was a sex offender. Some family members don't even know the child exists. His mother said and did horrible things both before and after the child was born and has never apologized. Ryan has never stood up for his son. At the time someone who had no family in NC and felt they were without options plead guilty to something just right away because it was a misdemeanor and never filed for help again although she qualified. These people scared and manipulated everyone for years and just got away with it. When you're 20 and we're to embarrassed to say anything it kinda allows people to push you around. Sometimes not taking the time to make the problem go away filing orders when driving by your house, attempting to go to the daycare to get the child without permission it was a nuisance when you didn't really know what your rights are.

Over the years The Yanik's did many things to stop the process of trying to make life better. Ryan shared an account he had stopped putting his money in it, but realized that it was getting deposits from payroll every week and he went to Bank of America and cleared the account taking all the money in it. They filed multiple charges that were dismissed almost every time we had to go to court for nonpayment of support. His mom went to court one time and paid the minimum due then the next day filed assault charges. Which were dropped in court because somone showed up to court to verify the whereabouts and he got scared and said "I don't want to do this!"

He did not want to go home so he changed his address on the registry because he had been there for 10 days and didn't want to get in trouble. His mom called and reported to the welfare office that he lived there. He was sleeping on the couch not helping to pay anything about 4 days later the office called and said they knew he lived there by then he had moved back with his parents because the baby had colic and he couldn't sleep. When it was explained they said because he changed his address they said it was a crime of not reporting his income. When it was time for court he never showed up to say that he didn't live there like he said he would. Friends went to court to say they knew Ryan was told he couldn't say there because he didn't help with the baby or bills. A co-worker went to court to say how it was widely known about the issues with Ryan, but they also asked about work history and said that because the job was promising they could get money back and that was the only reason they went so hard. Literally, never asked for help because of the whole taboo of getting welfare it was embarrassing, but it was explained as a misdemeanor that wouldn't affect work, what a joke.

It will get you kicked out of the nursing program at Wake Tech and Watts. You aren't allowed to have anything which was Lori's goal she didn't want this grandchild she said so many times. She told Ryan he cannot afford a kid and that he cannot support it blackmailed him to go home. She wanted the baby to be placed for adoption and tried to make it so there was no other option by making it hard to advance. It's payback for "ruining my son's life" they called child services just about once a month before court for non-payment of child support.

The sisters ex was accused of snorting cocaine and hitting her and a ton of other lies. They let the father pick up the child and take her and minutes later police showed up at the house in Lillington to get the baby and issue a temporary restraining order. The sisters other baby daddy (the one she married) was Jesus Christ for a long time until he wanted to go off on his own not they trash him too. He's married to a professor at UNC they have two kids. This is what they do and everybody lets them. Until now. It's almost like Hazel Holland was a slap in the face they needed because this woman is stereotypically everything a person can hope for when trying to make a fool of someone.

Sorry I think the person that is a pathological liar is a danger to a childn. A woman that has to lie about everything a guy that lied about his conviction. They both keep denying it. Hazel's past roommates her friends etc have all come to tell me things she did to find out if it's true. She sent pictures to her friends to say that they bought a house and they are remodeling. They live at home with his parents. The kind of lies these people tell and how far they are willing to go to defend them even when everyone knows the truth now is sad and it's not somewhere that anyone can trust their kids around. It's a total fake fantasy world and the way they lie for each other it's scary what if something happened to the child what then? She's already texted her friends some very disturbing things about him. The burden is for them to explain the truth. The site just brings attention to these stupid lies they tell and how easily they are debunked and still they bother to lie, harass people's family, hack accounts to try to what? Not tell the truth?

if you are so worried about your kid in the hands of these monsters you would take the advice and delete your blog and all the crazy shit you have been trying to spread. As I have been trying to tell you and so has slappy, custody does not always go to the better parent, it usually goes to the one with a better lawyer. Quite frankly all you are doing is making their case for custody easier. In fact since they live in his parents place that might even be an argument for a more stable life. The gf or bf of a parent usually does not play into the decision nearly as much as a parents behavior.

Good thing there's a good lawyer, he doesn't even have one. Further more his mother is in taped conversations saying terrible things about the child and "not caring" his father also sent numerous emails when asked why he helps Ryan cover his conviction after court papers were ordered from Michigan where Ryan went on trial. They are willing to go so far to lie and continue lying so what if someone posts the truth and they have no rebuttals but trying to hack, call the cops etc. They'll be asked in court the truth and if asked about the site the simple answer is the lies are getting old they are scary to think a child would have to go with people nobody knows the truth about. There will also be multiple friends family and people that can attest to the things they have done and said etc. The only people self destructing are the people that continue to lie and lose control of those lies.

Can someone listen to these audio recordings? My heart truly hurts for this little boy, and I actually fear for his safety and well-being. These are not the words or tone of someone who is mentally healthy; this woman is so obsessed with her ex/her lack of control that she has tunnel vision and seems to be experiencing a serious breakdown.

I don't know about NC custody laws but I feel like an emergency protective order and temporary guardianship of the son with the father (or grandparents) would be appropriate here. settledown maybe you can help get the ball rolling?
