It was a dumb move by the state legislature. Students who were too apathetic to protest HB2 will have no problem protesting being removed from the conference. I don't think ACC will even blink, they know how important history is to the schools.

It was a dumb move by leftist politicians and SJW "activists" to test the waters and see what they could get away with in the name of "equality". In this case a city ordinance that wasn't needed to begin with, sponsored by a sex offender SJW, that forces businesses to let anyone use whatever bathroom they want.

It was dumber that the state legislature got involved with a city ordinance. The policies of Charlotte don't effect the lives in Asheville, Raleigh, or Wilmington, unless something drastic happens to the economy. And it's HB2 that has caused threats to the state economy, not the Charlotte ordinance.

This game of chicken is not going to end well for the NCGOP.
