It's a nice depth signing, but I don't expect anything great out of him. If the Panthers go into the season with Moore, Samuel, Wright, Smith and Hogan as their 5 WRs (with possibly 6 being on the active roster) that would be fine. I sure wouldn't expect them to draft one at all now.

If Brian Burns is going to be used as a OLB I like the pick if he is going to be a down DE this pick is another Everette Brown.

I am still not sold on FSU guys on this team. The Panthers have not had much luck with former FSU players.

Gerald McCoy visited the Panthers today. Also in unrelated (or not) news Torrey Smith renegotiated his contract. Went from $5 million unguaranteed this year to $2 million guaranteed + $1 million bonus, so it frees up $2 million in cap space.
