What are you all pimpin' these days?

We have N95 masks, and then wear a cloth mask over that.

My cloth masks are made from old pillow cases and such. But I have seen some pretty neat looking ones out there. I'm gonna see if I can get ahold of a Boondocks mask.

how about the purpose of a surgical mask or scarf? In PA, these are required out in the public now. Is it to protect yourself, or to keep you from spreading the virus?

Also, what is the point in wearing a surgical mask if you got a thick biker beard?

-N95 masks are ugly
-Keeps the N95 masks cleaner, perhaps extending their life. I reuse them, cause I only have about 20.

Seeing as that most masks have loops that go behind your ears, did they have to readjust your mask at all when they were cutting the area right by your ears?

^ might have an easier time finding KN95 masks. A Chinese version that is essentially the same thing as an N95 mask, but for some reason isn't approved in the US

Are N95 masks even worth it? I was under the impression that the goal was to keep me from infecting others and that cloth masks were enough.

I had an adidas mask I got off slickdeals(3 for $16), sold the other 2...me and others liked it, but it was a tad too small, sometimes pulled off ears if i put at chin, or just tugged at ears a bit too much in general. Any other masks someone would recommend? Not feeling suffocated would be a plus, some of the cloth ones I’ve tried have been too restrictive. And more sizes than “child” and “adult”(adidas, looking at you) would be appreciated. Wouldn’t mind repping NCSU in TX. Don’t want to break bank either

I had been rocking a 2-layer cloth mask like erryone, then i had to go to urgent care. They asked me to instead wear one of the blue disposables. Since then it has been the blue disposables.
