That would be weird. He's not an overly gifted athlete. Most of the things that make him good at basketball wouldn't translate at all to football. I guess his elite footwork might make someone believe he could be a good guard or something, although any football player being 6'9 is extremely rare. But like his vision and soft touch aren't really going to translate to a football field.

Probably not. He's not a rim protector and can't really switch on defense. Plus he's not a good rebounder. His offensive skillset is intriguing, but he's probably overly reliant on his left hand which will be neutralized by better defenders in the NBA. Not saying there's no chance, but it's pretty slim that he'd ever make an NBA roster.
