| course comments : | i really don't like taking a foreign language, but it's not terribly hard, you do need to study a bit though- even if it's for ten minutes on the bus ride to class, it'll make a big difference. |

| class comments : | she's got a strict attendence policy, but she'll bend it a bit. honestly, you'll need to go to class anyway to keep up. the tests aren't too bad and she does a good job of preparing you for them, not too much homework. |

| instructor comments : | such a nice lady, and one of the best professor's i've had. i don't even like foreign language but i liked this class. she does a really good job of making sure you're not just blindly memorizing but actually learning how to speak. |

| class comments : | The tests are fairly easy. Homework is only due once a week and it's all together so you can procrastinate and get all done at once or space it out if you like. You have labs too, but like the homework it's pretty much a completion grade. She skims it to make sure you did everything and then gives you an A. She began class on time everyday and didn't end it early at all. |

| class comments : | usually let class go early. the tests were easy and she would review the class before. I would have had an A in the class, but I blew the final exam (it's a lot harder then all the other tests). |

| class comments : | Easy class, easy material to learn, attendance policy (but was not enforced), class usually stays in for the length of the scheduled time, not much work to do outta class. |

| instructor comments : | Carter is a miracle worker if he can help me pass Spanish, the albatross of my college career. He was so understanding when I had two deaths in one semester. His teaching methods are excellent, he cares about his students, and he'll bend over backwards to make sure you do well. Just an excellent teacher in general. (Hes also nice to look at) |

| class comments : | There is a lot of vocabulary since the course is really 101 and 102 rolled into one. If you read the text, participate in class, and do the lab assignments, you should be fine. 5 Tests, 4 writting assignments, oral presentation, online Quia lab. |
