instructor comments :Carraway is a GREAT teacher. He's a lecturer who's actually a CPA and just comes in to teach because he likes to. He's very willing to help you out and really easy to get along with.

course comments :Great class for anyone who may work with/own/invest in a business and needs to read financial statements.

class comments :Format of class worked well, professor allowed students to guide the class into what they needed to cover in class. Fairly strict attendance policy, but if you miss a class you will probably suffer half a letter grade anyways b/c of missed material. So just plan on going to class.

instructor comments :Really nice guy. Teaches as well as has a Raleigh lawfirm, but will schedule with you for appointments.

class comments :His tests really kicked me on my ass (as well as the asses many other students). Be careful and pay attention to detail. You'll think that you're ready, but you may be surprised like I was to find out that you aren't. I happened to skip this class a few times though due to work reasons... so I may be over reacting.... but others have said just the same as I.

instructor comments :Great teacher... seems to have the students at the edge of their seats most of the time. As a practicing lawyer (even though he's a UNC Grad) he is a great teacher for (Accounting) business law. He really brings up some interesting points concerning the law and is an advocate of class discussion. I waited a year for him to teach Tax b/c I liked him so much... even after recieving this grade.
