I can't understand why someone who dislike college students that much would ever take a job that puts you around so many. | class comments : | Because the material was harder than CH101, Warren would now let us see what we missed on the webassigns, which was a plus. Were given more than ample time to complete webassigns..some were very long and it took a great deal of time to finish. |

The examples he uses in class have little relation to the webassign problems and most of the problems aren't used in tests, but out of 100 problems on the final, he used 2 that were in other assignments. He let us out late 2 days, which he said he was entitled to. |

I brought my laptop to take notes in his class everyday and he called the other laptop users out everyday for playing games or something. Also, he hates cell phones ringing and people walking out of his class. He called out a kid that got a bloody nose. I would suggest taking Canales instead of Warren for CH101 or any other class they both teach. |

| class comments : | Compared to my friend's chemistry classes, this has to be about the worst class. Although our webassigns were slightly shorter, we were far less prepared for them, and most times the material was covered after a webassign was due. Be prepared to teach yourself a majority of the material. There is no attendance policy, and after the first week or so about half the class stopped coming. Try to come on the day before the test when Warren will sometimes go over test material. |

Also if you wear a hat to class know that by doing so you forfeit any chance of help from him. Even though the class is huge, don't plan on talking at all or else he will completely stop his lecture to single you out. Grading was a good part of the class, since you get back tests next day and usually there is a big curve. |

The lectures made a lot of sense to me, and he would go over webassign questions and problem examples in class. The book is only good for the example problems. but worth buying. Oh yea....from now on I plan to not study a mere 8 hours before a final, I could've had an A if it wasn't for my apathy for the final exam. :-P |

Even with curves and grade adjustment 35% of his class failed the 2nd test! He's been on academic probation for a while for failing too many people. Dont' take warren! |
