| class comments : | This class is very challenging. Its a weed-out, so I'm told. No attendence policy, no webassign, no field trips. There was extra credit homework. The labs are a bit worthless, I thought. The tests aren't so bad, if you study the old ones online. The class is a combination of learning java syntax (which for me was ALOT to keep track of), programming, and new concepts in problem solving. Its not an easy course. |

| instructor comments : | Mark Riedl is one of the nicest, most down to earth instructors I've had in csc. I saw him several times for office hours. If he taught another class I'd take it! Will always and forever remember the "Warrior Class". |
