class comments :I would have preferred the subject matter to be a bit different. Who really needs to know relational calculous and algebra?

instructor comments :She struggled at first because she was a new teacher, but you could tell she cared about improving, and by the end of the semester she was doing a good job.

course comments :The course covered a wide variety of topics for people with varying DB tasts.

class comments :The class was generally good. Too many student presentations at the end to make up for class participation points. The class required some time to learn the material to do the HW (couldn't talk about HW problems to classmates). I really didn't care for the text book or slides either.

instructor comments :The instruction started out poor, but improved as the year went on and the instructor gained experience teaching.
