| course comments : | The material covered was probably good, just that stuff doesn't interest me much. I would say the material was pretty hard, however, not that much of it. Homeworks took me a while to figure it out, but not that long to actually do it. In comparison to 220, it has not near the amount of work, and you don't have near the amount of Matlab involved. |

| class comments : | The most unorganized class I have ever had at NC State. We didn't recieve our first homework when we were supposed to, so we had to do 2 in one week. We didn't have a web page setup until about a month had passed. Even when the page was setup, none of the links worked all semester. Not only was the homework and test not returned in a timely manner, but half of them I never even received. The material presented was also unorganized, we were constantly trying to catch up with the other sectio |

| instructor comments : | Sorry Dr. Snyder, you are a nice guy, but you need to learn the material before you try to teach a course. I bet if he took the class he wouldn't have done much better than me. His jokes are horrible, he is scatter brained as hell, and very unorganized. However, I must say he is very very willing to help students. He even gave us all his cell phone number before the first test. He missed a meeting before when helping some of us out after class. | class comments : | The class was difficult for me, but not too bad for most. Frequent homeworks which are a necessity for doing well on the tests. Problem labs also required, but only worthwhile if you have a good TA (David Rouse was the ONLY good TA in Fall 04). Try not to miss any classes. If you can, go to Ozturk's section as well. She moves fast, but is a better teacher. |

| instructor comments : | Snyder falls behind on the lecture schedule shared between his & Ozturk's section. He is not the best teacher for this course. Snyder is definitely more interested in his graduate level classes/students/material than this mere 300-level course. He is not very helpful during office hours and could explain material better in class. Go to Ozturk's office hours if you have questions, she is EXTREMELY helpful. |
