| course : | ENG 332 |
| course rating : | 1 - Bad |
| course comments : | A required class that should teach you about resumes and business communications. Oh and you learn how to write emails and memos. Very exciting. |
| class : | Fall 2002 section 006 |
| grade received : | A |
| class rating : | 0 - Horrible |
| class comments : | Most classwork was at the end of the semester. The requirements and due dates changed constantly and at the last minute. Grading was extremely subjective and unfair depending on the person. No book to buy. The big project is crap- all she cares about is how it looks and the content is all made up (not even a real proposal). Her resume style is just a template and we did not even do a cover letter which actually would have been helpful. |

| instructor comments : | Just go by the examples from previous students she provides and maybe you will make a decent grade. Show stuff to her before it's due so she can critique and change it. Class is a waste of time but you have to go. You will hear many interesting stories from this professor, but knowing the stories will not help you for your grade or in business. |

| course rating : | 4 - Awesome |
| course comments : | Very helpful class and practical stuff is learned. How to write business documents from e-mails, memos, resumes, cover letters, proposals etc. |
| class : | Spring 2003 section 001 |
| grade received : | A |
| class rating : | 3 - Good |
| class comments : | EASY didn't require too much of your time. Be prepared to give a 1-2 minute speach about your self within the first few days of class. Some oral presentations and written work. She mainly lectured and had overheads every now and then. Showed you examples of what NOT to do, but not many of what to do. But invited lots of class participation. NO BOOK. Group work at the end of the semester. |

| instructor comments : | Very nice and helpful. Assignments returned pretty quickly. Seemed somewhat strict on grading assignments, hard to figure out EXACTLY what she wanted since the assignment information given could be interrupted many ways. |

| course : | ENG 332 |
| course rating : | 2 - Average |
| course comments : | I took it online, mostly busy work, but rather easy. The formal report at the end is 30% of your grade. |
| class : | Fall 2004 section 007 |
| grade received : | A- |
| class rating : | 3 - Good |
| class comments : | The material is pretty boring, but can all be done the night before it's due (minus the formal report). |

| instructor comments : | Very nice and if she makes a mistake she is quick to fix it and changes due dates to give you more time if you don't understand something or have a problem. Her husband passed away this semester during exam week so the professional writing staff graded our papers, but she was very nice. |
