| class : | Sum I 2002 section 202 |
| grade received : | A+ |
| class rating : | 1 - Bad |
| class comments : | Horrible class. The teacher thought he had to take attendance and wasted 15 minutes of a 1 hour class trying to see if everyone was there. And then we found out that he didn't know how to use Maple. |

| instructor comments : | The absolute worst teacher. He stutters, speaks very poor english and has no knowledge of Maple at all. He ended up just teaching us calculus and never mentioned any of the Maple. |

| course comments : | Difficult class. There was a lot of material to cover. |
| class : | Fall 2002 section 028 |
| grade received : | B- |
| class rating : | 2 - Average |
| class comments : | Material was not presented very well. There was no official attendance policy, but you never knew what would happen to your grade if you skipped a class. There was not a lot of graded work to be done outside of class, but it required a lot of studying every night. |
| instructor : | Baumgart |
| instructor rating : | 0 - Horrible |
| instructor comments : | Did not speak clearly. He constantly made mistakes in problems on the board which made you basically throw your notes out and start from scratch. His lectures consisted of watching him work problems out on the board for 2 hours. He is very rude, unfriendly, and not understanding. The only positive things about him was he graded assignments promptly and helped adjust grades when the entire class did horrible. Beware of this professor!!! I would never take another class taught by him! |

| course comments : | The material wasn't too hard. Make sure you get a good instructor though. |
| class : | Fall 2002 section 028 |
| grade received : | B |
| class rating : | 1 - Bad |
| class comments : | It had its ups and downs, but mostly downs. It wasn't easy to comprehend the material in class. It wasn't that tough, just the tests were make-or-break your grade style. |

| instructor comments : | You love him or you hate him. I suppose if you fit his erratic teaching style, speech deficiency, circular logic, and sometimes dictatorship-style proctoring, you'll fit in nicely. I don't think I did. He was a nice guy when he wasn't talking calculus, though. |

| course comments : | Maple labs were pretty much pointless in 141, other than getting you accustomed to the software. No challenge. |
| class : | Fall 2002 section 228 |

| class comments : | I never attended a lab, but from what I heard they weren't helpful at all, other than getting the answers. I just did Maple from my dorm and avoided seeing my teacher an extra day. |
