| instructor comments : | DO NOT TAKE CHU. He was awful. He is hard to understand and tells you that he will kick you if you do not know something he thinks you should. Once we had a test question and I answered it correctly using a method that we just learned in class, yet I still lost 11 out of 15 points. His reasoning was that my method worked only in special cases . . . such as that test problem . . . |

| class comments : | I had alot of AP brainiacs in this class which ended up screwing up the curve. They kept doing so well on the tests, the Chu kept trying to make them harder!! |

| course comments : | Multivariable calculus is an awesome class. So many cool applications involved but there is a lot of material. You need to be able to expand your mind to a 3rd dimension which is tough for some people. |

| class comments : | Moody Chu rules. He knows his stuff so well and explains with excellent examples. There is a bunch of suggested problems to do, which will really help to understand everything. Some take home quizzes. Tests are real tough. |

| instructor comments : | I wish there was a 5 for this guy. He was so good. Excellent teacher with great examples. Friendly and understood students concerns. E.g. I forgot to submit a maple and he said he'd grade it by hand. Very funny. |

| class comments : | Class never let out early, rarely on time. No attendence policy, very helpful for an 8am calss MTWHF, that was really the only BAD part. |

| instructor comments : | Very good and funny, although his final, tests and quizzes were god awfully hard, there was a nice curve at the end. TA graded the papers. Often started and finished late. |

| course comments : | The material is interesting, and it's not too hard (although some problems/concepts do require some creative thinking). You really do learn stuff in this class if you pay attention. |

| class comments : | Still awesome. The class moderately difficult. If you aren't willing to teach yourself a couple concepts and attempt to understand the material, you're going to have a hard time. The material is well-presented, Mr. Chu does a good job of presenting everything in a way that all the students can understand. The only thing wrong with this class is that it's a morning class. |

| instructor comments : | He's very reasonable and cares about his students. He's very intelligent and knows the material that he is teaching. He can speak perfectly clearly. Even students who have trouble understanding accents should be able to understand Mr. Chu the first day within a few minutes. He's humerous and he's friendly. He's the best Professor I've had so far this semester. |
