| class comments : | This was a scale up section, and it was pretty interesting. ANytime the class got boring, i just surfed the net. We did a lot of handson stuff too, and the labs were fun and interesting. |

| class comments : | Scale-up did not match my style of learning. It sounds weird, but I (sometimes weird and complicated ones) and not enough just straight up equations and calculations. The class seemed to fast paced and...chaotic for my tastes. I never had a sense of completion or learning. |

| class comments : | Well if i hadn't had been a stupid ass and studied for the first test i would have made a B without a problem. Make sure you get off to a good start because things will get better. Beicher is an excellent and enthusiastic teacher and i would recommend him. |

| class comments : | Beichner is great. While it was an eight am. He's really lively and funny. He acts out various parts of the concepts so you can visualize easily. He realizes it's early so he's pumped up and keeps you wake. Not once did I fall asleep in class. He has various things he'll bring into illustrate points too from lasers to inductors. | class comments : | Pretty easy course if you take it scale up. The classes are very interacitve and the material is presented awesome. No need for the book since most of the material was covered in class. |

| class comments : | SCALE-UP. Scale-up was pretty fun. You get to meet a lot of people instead of only meeting a few in lecture. You meet in the maple lab and use the laptops quite frequently. |

| course comments : | The material is pretty easy. Coding programs in VPython is pretty simple and straight-forward, as is the math that is involved in the class. |

| class comments : | The best part of this class is that it is Scale-Up, so instead of him yapping at us for hours on end, we actually get to work together in groups. Another plus is that the class was in G108, so almost everyone had a laptop to use and a comfy rolling chair to sit in. |

| class comments : | Class is hard, but not to hard. To do well in this class be prepared to to a lot of work. This class is scale up so everyone has their own laptop, and boring lectures are limited by class activites and surfing the web on your laptop. Book for this class is worthless and will almost never help on homework. |
