Saddam's body doubles were called to a meeting in Baghdad to talk strategy over the war. At the end of the meeting, the Minister of Defense came into the boardroom with a shrug, saying "I've got good news and bad news."
The body doubles agreed for good news first, and the Minister announced that after a night of American bombing, Saddam was still alive.
"What could possibly be the bad news?" asked one of the doubles.
"The bad news," said the Minister, "is that Saddam lost an arm."
