i think flood control should be non-existent or double as slow to kick in for premies... it's annoying because when there aren't many people on and only a few active threads, it really puts a damper on teh activity.

ya, for the insomniacs it's a bit of a nuisance because there are fewer people on line so the replies are much faster and flood control pops up all the time. Would it be possibly to lower its sensitivity during the insomniac off hours because non-premies are getting it a ton too?

you can't post more than once within 20 seconds.
you can't post more than 45 times in an hour.
