it would be cool to have a poll feature...where you just hit a button and type in the title of the poll, then add options as you want. then it displays the results via bar graph.

Yes, you can use full HTML in posts. You can even severly fuck up the page, although that is highly UN-RECOMMENDED as you will get suspended. Also, read the edit post link to see what was said.
