Wow actually a few bands I'd like to see (Thrice, Millencolin, Strung Out). Too bad I'd be like the oldest person there who isn't a parent if I went though. I realized last time I went 3 years ago that I was too old then...everyone else there was 15 years old.

Last time I went was back in 2002 with DirtyGreek. There were so many teenagers there. We both commented on how old we felt. There were maybe a handful of other 20-somethings I saw (not including the bands). I'd say 80% or more of the people there are in high school.

Tip - wear old clothes (light color, you're in the sun all day) and tennis shoes you don't care about getting dirty and/or messed up.

pretty much just like i thought it would be. bunch of teenagers with dyed hair and tight jeans. my only reason for going (my brother's band) didn't even play because they were late coming

i got there late and missed zao, one of my only reasons for going. emery put on a killer show. other than that the hoards of 15yr olds were there and all dressed in black t-shirts and blue jeans. the rain sucked and in typical warped tour fashion, i got sunburned.

Yeah rain and sunburn sucked, at least the rain didn't start until about halfway through the day.

Did anyone think the sound on the Bishop stage was absolutely horrible? There were a ton of bands that I liked and saw there and I literally could not tell what the songs were until the singing started and I recognized the lyrics. The guitar was so distorted I could barely pick out any parts of the song.

Interesting Moments:
-Seeing a kid not taller than 4 feet take a roundhouse kick to the face during Story of the Year and then get trampled.
-Some skanky girl crowd surfing during Thrice in a very short black dress that covered up next to nothing. After she went up for the fourth time in a row I saw someone rip her panties off and then I didn't see her anymore.
-Seeing numerous people pass out in the pit (from heat exhaustion I assume) during both Zao and Hopesfall sets.

the rain felt great when it first started then it got cold and miserable. and what's with people putting up crowd surfers one right after another? at least give them some damn time to get a bit further before throwing another one on me. that made for some unenjoyable pits.

the best crowd surfing moment that i saw was at emery, when they started putting as many people up as quickly as possible. the look on the old event staffs face was priceless. you would have thought he was trying to hold the line in ww2, sheer panick on trying to catch all the kids at the front of the stage.

Anyone dumb enough to crowd surf deserves to get dropped/ignored by event staff.

Quick fix on that one. When you see someone about to pass over your head, make sure you have good footing under you, and give them a good shot in the kidney/throat has they pass overhead. If everyone would do this, you'd have a lot less people up there in a short time.

This was my first rock concert and it was definitely an experience. Story of the Year, Emery and The Offspring were the best IMOP. Hawthorne Heights had good songs but kinda lacked on the Stage Show, still good though. I saw some crazy stuff during the Emery and SOTY sets. People were getting dropped left and right during SOTY, some guy let his son who couldn't have been older than 10, crowd surf, WTF dude !? and Some guy got his nose busted during Emery while crowd surfing. The Emery set was the funniest, the Event Staff trying to catch the crowd surfers was funny as hell.

crowd surfing was fucking in full effect

I enjoyed Thrice's set the most

followed VERY closely by Avenged Sevenfold

we were between the two stages right up front... pushed in close for each one and enjoyed the pit when it broke out

I hate I missed seeing Thrice, but at the same time I don't hate I missed thousands of 15 year olds who like to try to punch and kick anything within 50 feet of them in the name of dancing.
