I was thinking somewhere like Newegg, because they have good deals on CPUs
But it turns out this guy was talking about an entire PC, not just the CPU...

You should probably get the case and components by itself and then buy the monitor. Because you will have to buy a hellacious computer to get a 19" LCD in the package and it will probably be a shitty LCD even if it was in a package. Go on http://www.tigerdirect.com or newegg and try and find just a case and components with what you want, then search for a good LCD.
