I was thinking somewhere like Newegg, because they have good deals on CPUs

But it turns out this guy was talking about an entire PC, not just the CPU...

^^ I tried that, but it always seems like all the good deals that are advertised on their website are never available in-store.

You should probably get the case and components by itself and then buy the monitor. Because you will have to buy a hellacious computer to get a 19" LCD in the package and it will probably be a shitty LCD even if it was in a package. Go on http://www.tigerdirect.com or newegg and try and find just a case and components with what you want, then search for a good LCD. I recommend using http://www.techbargains.com for good deals.
