Im wondering if anyone else here has captured and archived any HDTV broadcasts. Ive got a handful of games on my computer that I need to burn off and Id like to find a better method than just splitting the transport stream and burning to 3-4 DVDs. Im not looking for links to online guides other than "this is what worked for me", because Ive tried some of these and Ive just had no luck at all, so Im wondering what other people have had some success with.

Also, wondering if anyones figured out a way to capture from ESPNHD in true HD without the use of a DVHS recorder...we have at least two games on ESPNHD this year and Id much rather record them in true high-def than the SD widescreen I capped last year, if its at all possible.

im pretty sure ive seen ENDContra on those boards, i don't think anyone over there was able to help..
