These are the minimum specs I require:
Pentium M 1.4GHz (centrino preferred)
integrated wireless
DVD/CDRW combo
40GB HD
I'm not worried about RAM, but the board should support PC2700 DDR333
Win XP Home

monitor slickdeals/fatwallet/bensbargains/etc for a big dell deal
depending on the size you want get either a
700m w/ 8cell battery

^ is a good idea.
if you can wait until black friday (day after thanksgiving) and you're willing to get up at 2 in the morning, go stand in line at best buy or circuit city or office depot or compusa and you'll have your laptop with said specs for $499 or less. 8/28/2005 4:18:06 PM |
