i've dell laptop inspirion 1100. some buttons of my keyboard dont work . Let say the row with q w e r o u o p do not work at all. other button seems to be fine . I tried to clean keyboard and restarted again, but it still doesnt work. Do you know what is a problem? oh my computer is about 18 months old. Should I order the new keyboard and change it ? Thank you

take out the screws labeled K from the bottom of the laptop. then lift up the keyboard. then disconnect it and reconnect it.
