Uh, they are listed as CES 06 attendees. So who knows?
upon further inspection, seems like vaporware, but they have been granted a couple of patents and are on the attendees list, so they have at least paid up to be there.

uh, 64-bit is more than sufficient to access 1 TB address space
but yeah, 1 TB will still be fantasy 3 years from now. we might be dealing up to 10 GB RAM by then, but that's still 2 orders of magnitude from 1 TB, and forget about 1 TB not being enough
