Right click "My Computer"
Properites
Hardware tab
Click on Device Manager
Do you see the CD burner device show up as not having a driver? If there are problems with the driver it will show up on the list with a yellow exclamation point over the device icon. 9/22/2005 10:39:21 AM |

lens cleaner, if it still does not work, then scrap it and replace...
