why dont we just celebrate satanist holidays, or a holiday for the scientologists?

This is the further de-Christianizing of America, further moving us towards world-view HUMANISM regardless of the best efforts of the compassionate conservatives.

We cant pray in school, but we can celebrate RAMADAN now. I for one wont any attention to a holy day for a religion which justifies some forms of terror.

Oh, Christians ARE opressed. As of now we don't let them force OTHERS to pray, nor do we let them force OTHERS to celebrate only Christian holidays. Stupid crying righties.

tell me, what religion were we founded on?

have we had any non-christian presidents? sure some have been better than others, but while it is not run by christianity, our country does have a very important christian tradition

Searched the Constitution for the following terms:

"God" - 0 appearances
"creator" - 0 appearances
"Jesus" - 0 appearances
"Christian" - 0 appearances
