Okie doke, so what does it mean when ad-aware is unable to complete a full scan? Basically it gets stuck at the same file EVERY time the program is run...the program doesn't freeze, but it acts like it is trying to scan the file...even though it had been running for approximately 1.5 hours

The file, if it will help, is WIN\WINSXS\x86_Microsoft.Windows.Networking.RtcRes_6595b64

Also...another problem is when attempting to delete "adware and spyware file" from add/remove programs, a window pops up through the internet that talks about downloading new products instead of giving the user an option to verify deleting the file.

Any ideas for either of these two programs? Thanks
