I have a lot of pictures I'm trying to put together on a CD-ROM. I also have a lot of captions that go with these pictures and was wondering what the best way (non-powerpoint) was to put them together with captions and possibly sound--oh yeah, and using freeware. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
