How do you take a screen grab/ freeze frame for a mpeg in Winamp?

I think the video is an overlay, so if you do a screenshot the video window will be black. I remember googling this once, let me see if i can find what I did to get it to work ( i think its some special program )

Ive tried the pause and print screen thing, and you are right about it all being all blacked out.

you need powerdvd,, it will take screenshots
