anyone know what these are? i've got a router using dhcp and i used to get three different dns servers, now i only get 24.25.5.150

This is what my RR connection is giving me:
search nc.rr.com
nameserver 24.25.5.53
nameserver 24.25.4.106
nameserver 24.25.4.107

what are the IPs of NCSUs DNS?
