and no matter how many times i enter my password and check the "save this password..." box, it still keeps asking me for it

how do i fix it?

i'm running outlook (not express) 2002 on XPpro and my email account is RR

finally fixed

last night's issues with the email server screwed up my password, so i had to use the password reset utility to get a new password

now outlook works fine with the new password
