Hahaha... yeah. You should see it now. Dovetailed the front, in the process of bobbing the back, got dual cases, twin sticks, locked front & rear, Craig's redone everything, all the EFI wiring, tore down and rebuilt the motor, thing runs like a champ now. That thing is pretty sweet now. runnin' new 36 TSL's now instead of those raggedy 38's that were on it.

nice. yeah, it needed alot of work. we threw it together from stock in about 3-4 days to make a trip as it was when i sold it, and i let 2 people learn how to weld on it, etc. lol. glad somebody took the time to get it right, it had alot of good parts in it just needed some TLC. i just didn't have the time/money to finish it up at the time. i chatted w/ matt for a minute last weekend at uwharrie, didn't ever see ya'll anymore though.

Yeah you're a trooper man too, right? We're planning another trip for either late Nov or early Dec. Yeah, I'm guessing some of the "learning curve" welds were on the rear bumper/slider? Steve, the guy w/ the red yota w/ no doors (and no roof now) rammed into craig joking around on Craig's 1st Uwharrie trail ride and folded that bumper like a lawn chair.

I saw your post, and I was like WTF that's not cool!? I didn't think anybody but our little circle of friends had ever checked it out. I thought the name looked familiar, and checked out your photo gallery, put 2 and 2 together. Glad to hear from you, hope all is well.

lol, yeah they were all over that rear bumper and the front start of a bumper. i was going to go back and burn them in but never got around to it. most of them were from my cousin, he lays a decent bead now. yeah, i've got a stock 89 trooper. had a SAS'd 87 before. Tuite also runs with us, he just finished up a sick 99 trooper w/ 1 tons, yota dual cases, etc. we're riding somewhere the weekend of the 11th, probably callantee.

Well I wouldn't say we "endorse" or encourage anyone to "illegally" wheel anywhere. But I'm an admin, and I don't really give a rats ass where anybody wheels. Post all the cool wheeling pics you want. But we don't organize any type of illegal activities or anything. We're not a club, just a bunch of friends who like to wheel and work on trucks, etc. I mean if you're flexing out on a no tresspassing sign or knocking down trees, that's just not cool, but you don't have to have a written permission note to accompany every picture.
