Stupid question.

My outlook filters mail to the junk mail folder even though it's not on the "Junk Mail Sender" list and it doesn't contain terms in the "Junk Mail Readme" filters.txt file. Any ideas as to why it would still be sending them there and how I can change it? I still want it to filter a bunch of the junk, but some important messages are slipping through.
