^ eh, the marines' relationships to their guns was somewhat important to the whole boot camp section, and gomer's lines would have been less creepy if had been "buckshot" instead of "full metal jacket" rounds he was loading into his gun. plus if the movie was titled "buckshot" it would have been alot less cool in general.
