OK... so I cant figure this one out, any ideas?

Win XP SP2
Sony Vaio VGN S170B
IE and FireFox

I try to download an executable from the internet and the download will freeze at some point that varies from file to file but always freezes at the same point on any individual file. I download it through a telnet connection to campus and when I try to FTP it there is still a freeze. Anyone seen anything like this?

THanks in advance

nah not really

i always hate when i randomly find some website hardly anyone probably ever finds but it has exactly what i need but the link doesnt let me download for some reason

sucks, thats when you figure out other ways to get shit done, which leads to the email thing

i use to send myself like 6 rough drafts a day if i wrote a paper on campus
