Why? I don't start but maybe an average of one thread a day (lately), and over the course of my entire time on TWW it's much lower (probably one thread every 8-10 days...guessing).

Does that mean everybody else has to post in only one thread as well?

The fact remains that I don't start but about 1 thread per day lately. I bttt many of my old threads regularly (this shows that I try to confine similar information in one thread). The fact that 9 of those threads are currently on the first page may show, not that I'm overly active, but that other posters are relatively innactive in making threads (or in posting).

so are there really a wealth of other valuable soap box threads getting bumped off the first page because of his threads? hell no. don't click the thread if you don't care about it. i don't agree with everything he posts, and nor do most people, but his volume of threads isn't really hurting anything. and at least he stirs some of you into actually having to think about the reasons why you agree with some issues you would otherwise take for granted.

and really if you look at it, the density of prisonplanet/geocities/etc sources has gone way down lately. he's posting real news from reputable papers quite a lot of the time.
