bad shit went down this past weekend. This is just a reminder of really bad shit and I want to find a new home for it.

this needs to be in a high traffic/capacity home where it will be seen and marveled at by many.

Preferably a bar around campus.

inevitably money will sway my decision but I'm not really looking to offload it to individuals or frats but once again... it can be bought... principles are less important than Christmas money right now...

Go to Lowes, buy piece of sheetrock, cut to size, nail, done. That or just buy a crap load of white colored duck tape.

On a lighter note, hope things improve for ya.

all the cans were cleaned before being connected, its SECURELY fastened together and then to plexi-glass and then the plexiglass can be mounted. its secure and clean... it was a considerable amount of effort to construct and get looking right

they are tearing the house down, we had talked about throwing a "house wrecking party" AFTER we had moved all of our stuff out... so theres no point in repairing it, not to mention I have exams. its something that shouldn't have happened, I'm responsible for it and thats why I really don't want reminders of it.

the block S is 5.5' x 3'

the holes in the wall range from 4x3 to an elbow

anybody know Sammy or the person that owns EV?

no point in repairing the house, its getting torn down and I'm broke.

the block S is 5.5'x3'

the holes in the walls range in sizes but 2 of them are comeplete chest high 3 stud wide holes. I don't want to talk about it really, it involves me placing trust where I shouldn't have and it reflects very poorly upon choices I made.

not trying to sell... I'm trying to find a really good home for this and make connections...

I don't really want to give it to individuals b/c its something that I want to share with NCSU, I know that sounds kinda stupid... but its how I feel about it, I'd probably recycle it before giving it away to a person.

and based on the circumstances I don't want anybody I know to have it.

Congrats on:
1) Not being able to correctly compose an English sentence,
2) Not underestimating the amount of time, adhesive research, and effort to construct it,
3) Not understanding the highly personal reasons behind not wanting to give it to anybody I know.

There are 2 of my friends that I would give it to, and there’s 1 person that I don't want to ever get his hands on it, ever. If it stays with people we know he could eventually wind up with it.

The thread is not about the holes in the walls, I don't want to show them.

It comes down to: yes it was my responsibility to watch out for my stuff. I figured my friends would watch out for my best interest. I'm so ashamed of the whole matter because I can't bring my family to my home after the graduation ceremony b/c of what I allowed happen to my house, my home. The whole deal reflects incredibly poorly upon me for my choice of friends and who I placed my trust in. This is a reminder of that, hence I would like to pass it on to somewhere it can be appreciated.

Those that say "oh it's not that great" you have never seen somebody walk in and see it for the first time.
Those that say "anyone can do it" have you ever seen anybody spend/waste this much time on something like this? (I actually had planned to build a second one in red/white but didn't have time)

id say give it to east village or the ale house then, maybe even somewhere like city limits, they can put it on the wall next to the cash pic.

Thats pretty cool! Maybe you should try to contact some Anheuser (Busch/Bud/Michelob) reps or their managers...since they network with so many different bars maybe they can help you find a good home for it?

too lazy to post pics

the story really is pretty lame, and I accept full responsibility for everything, it just sucks that I chose the wrong people to trust. house is being torn down next month. But it looks bad from my families perspective for the friends I've chosen and what I allowed to happen to my home after I got too drunk and passed out.

I'm graduating weds, so it was the last opportunity to have a kick ass party...

Its the last party at my house... ever... so I got shitfaced, went to bed at like 2:30 but instead of kicking the remaining 40 or so people out (it was ~300 people at peak) I decided to leave a friend in charge. This friend decides well since they are tearing down this house we might as we help them. So he starts the innitiative to kick in all the walls in the kitch and dining room.

we had talked about taking sledgehammers to the walls AFTER we got all of our stuff out, but this wasn't that time. So I wake up the next morning and the block S is sitting in my room b/c one of my true friends had saved it from being stolen, I walk through my house to see the destruction and mayhem that had been caused.

the one friend that was able to stop everything from getting completely destroyed was just finishing up cleaning the yard and picking up the trash, so I took him to bojangles for his effort.

It was my house and my home, I trusted somebody to watch after it and he royally screwed me. I don't have any desire to decorate in beer cans or get pass out drunk probably ever again... (but I've said this countless times so who knows what will happen)

The Hockey team gets the block S as long as they follow through on everything in their offer.

this is the last post ever for this S/N
