An engineer shared this with me this afternoon. The guy who did this also had a small FM transmitter setup so you could tune in to the FM station as you drove by. Here are 2 of the vids.

what's that old rule? by the time you've seen it, it's [old]? i know that's not the exact wording, but still.

as long as it stays within power limits and doesn't interfere with other radio stations

they made him take down the lights too, it was causing traffic problems in his neighborhood from the people stopping in front of his house to watch the crazy lights
