if they just get the ball on a rebound or loose ball they control it, dribble it, and pick it up real fast. then when the dust settles they dribble again. its meaningless but it has always annoyed me.

does anyone else notice this?

basketball would be so much more awesome if they stopped play for every little nitpicky-ass fucking detail wouldnt it you guys?!?

I can't remember seeing anyone dribble directly after pulling down a loose ball, then waiting for the clear out.
